Schulman Auctions

Schulman is a renowned auction house and coin dealer, active since 1880. Every year, we organize seven auctions (spring, summer and autumn) presenting historic coins, medals, banknotes and decorations. Our auctions are divided into two categories: the classic auction, which offers high-quality items, and the e-Auction, which offers more affordable coins for collectors.

Our online auctions are held entirely online. A characteristic feature of these auctions is that most objects are more budget-friendly.

Regular auctions

Regular auditorium auctions with our high-quality bound auction catalogue. Of course, it is also possible to bid online via the internet or the Schulman app.

At every fifth auction, we present our Selective Auction, in which a selection of high-quality and rare items comes under the hammer.

How do I sell my collection?

At Schulman, we offer various solutions to sell your collection. In addition to sales through our auctions, we can also offer direct sales. We then make an offer based on current market prices and pay immediately.

Why do I need to register a credit card when I sign up for online bidding?

Safety and fair auctions are the top priority at Schulman. That's why we require credit card authentication upon registration to participate in live bids. This prevents identity fraud and so-called “ghost bids”. The credit card you register does not have to be used for payment, it can be made by invoice.

Does Schulman also sell banknotes?

Yes, of course. Every year, we organize at least one auction that is entirely dedicated to banknotes.

Why do you ask for a credit card when you register for online bidding?

To ensure the reliability of our auctions, we require credit card verification upon registration. This helps prevent identity fraud and unwanted bidding behavior. The credit card provided is used for verification purposes only.

Does Schulman also auction banknotes?
